The central hospital in Vovchansk, which is occupied by Russian forces, targetted from the air. Reportedly dozens of Russian soldiers were inside during this strike. The building got hit guided bombs, possibly JDAM/GLSDB. At 0:18 seconds you can see one bomb hitting the building.
