Individual judgement is held in the highest regard as one consults one’s own conscience which does not need to be subjugated to an authority that is all too humanly fallible. Take, for example, the Civil Rights movement. There were Laws and Authorities that were morally objectionable to people and these injustices were defied. I don’t think freemen are ever fully controlled. They just get killed if they can’t make a better system.
