For those concerned about #cognitive health (who isn't?), get sleep, if hearing is an issue, get hearing aids, try not to socially isolate (can be hard for us introverts), & get treated for depression. The Senate will vote shortly on a bill to prevent birth control from being banned. Republicans previously blocked attempts at this and may do so again.

If you'd told me 60 years ago that we'd be debating whether birth control should be legal in 2024, I wouldn't have believed it.
