So what window manager are the cool kids using these days? Is Enlightenment still a thing? I want to not have fuck with things

    What can you get to within a 15-minute walk of your house?

    A recent YouGov survey asked Americans what they think they should be able to get to within a 15-minute walk of their house.

    Of these choices, I can currently walk to all of them from my apartment, aside from a university (no biggie, I'm not currently studying, although there is a Tafe within walking distance), a hospital, and a sports arena.

    How many can you get to with a 15 minute walk from your house?

    • Bakery (that took over the shops left and right because they kept winning awards)
    • Pharmacy
    • Post Office
    • Women's Hairdresser
    • Pizza, Chinese and Indian
    • GP (although always booked out)
    • Petrol Station chain which sells marked-up cornerstore stuff, don't get milk there it's 6 bucks

    @BrodieOnLinux If this was windows 10 in 2025 I could see a point since 11's TPM requirement is a game-ender for most things (RIP i5-2500k from 2011) and it's rather hard to get it working how you want.

    But Win 7? Literally just jump to Win 10 and install Privatezilla if it's about privacy.

    Hyprland is getting very close to overtaking Sway in Github stars, for it's time Sway was a great project and now it serves as a great reference implementation of wlroots for others to use but I think Hyprland is much better project for most users
