Well yes, but that’s at least part why the Le Pen recipe works. She doesn’t come across like that

And everyone internationally has given Macron too much credit for too long

Ok, he’s more charismatic than Hollande, appears more reputable than Sarkozy, and has more vigour than Chirac

But at heart he’s just as much of a top down thinks he knows best elitist as his predecessors

This Macron calling an election is such a “I think I know best” manoeuvre.

If you’ve just suffered a defeat in the EP elections, going “oooh I’ll make you go vote again, to back me or not” comes across (to me anyway) as aloof and stupid.

Maybe pause and ask yourself why what happened did happen? Just an idea…

@slothrop I didn’t know that when I acquired the Birdy. And look what happened! 🙂 Just vaguely ask yourself what you need it for - commuting, touring, putting in the boot of a car - and buy accordingly. The rest will answer itself. Really. (I also own a Dahon that has its uses too)

#CrossBorderRail timetable failure

Despite both paper and online timetables stating Ploče - Sarajevo trains started yesterday for the summer season, that’s NOT the case

This train - 722 - dep 1647 from Čaplijna is the last one today

International trains might start 28 June guy at ticket office told me

And another timetable failure: the Čapljina - Sarajevo train departed 4 minutes EARLIER than timetabled. Things are relaxed enough here to mean likely no one missed it, but it’s odd…

And ZFBiH really has its priorities wrong. As well as employing two people to not sell me a ticket (see earlier toot), I was told off for taking this photo of the roof of the hall of Sarajevo station (which is brutalist and quite cool!)
