FiniteLooper, Man, these job applications just get weirder and weirder.

FiniteLooper, Here's a pretty wild job requirement I ran into yesterday.
GivMeCoffee, I hate when filling out a job application they have you attach a #resume then try to make you type things out already on the resume. I know it'll probably turn it into an instant-no but I still go through with it like this just to prove a point...
VoteDog, Hi all! Welcome to recruitinghell!
Rules are as expected:
- Be nice
- Keep it relevant
- No recruiters allowed. This is a space for candidates only.
- No resumes
It’s not easy to find a job these days. Having to deal with inhumane personality assessments, selfish one-way interviews, 6+ interviews, irrelevant tests, ghosting and other ridiculous requests is exhausting. Not to mention recruiters who treat us with disrespect, expect us to give them hours and hours of our time for free and purposely ignore the fact that interviewing is a two-way street.
Recruiters are not allowed here. Any comments or posts from them will be deleted. They have their own spaces, this is a sub for candidates and candidates only.
Feel free to post your screenshots here or tell us your recruiting hell stories. Good luck out there!
