Tonight's viewing: Last Voyage of the Demeter. I don't do theatres much anymore (my wife much prefers viewing at home) so didn't see this when it was out. Got a copy from our local library & watched it tonight. Enjoyed it, but I was distracted by the presence of the Onion Knight.

Zasia the necromancer is totally badass. When my kid was over I made Urgh the barbarian (he was Ugh the sorcerer 🤣) and first I had started out with Hukk the rogue, all three there on the left of the first pic.

And then Zasia in action in the second pic. She rips. It's such a fun game. I haven't even beaten it 🤣😂🤣 I mostly just like to try out out classes and mess around. I'm sure I'll beat it eventually. No rush.

@stephanie awesome! Barb was a LOT of fun with my 16yo, I wasn't sure if he was gonna like it but he DID, he kept asking to play 🤣 Such a great game! It even has vibes of the first one sometimes which I love.

Looks like YouTube has now fully disabled videos when I'm logged into my account (I use Firefox with ublock). I logged out though, and now it seems to still work. So we will see. Might not be able to use it logged in anymore. Great. 😂

Keeping in the theme of crypts from last , this week we focus on the almighty CRYPTWORM.

Yet ANOTHER band with that great sewer sludge sound. It's catchy, too - there's riffs and dynamics, not just all blast beats, growling and rumbling.

@faylen 😂 I mean, they PUSH the apps, right, and then you get in the app, nothing loads, it's so stupid. Several apps. T-Mobile's app. Garbage. eBay and PayPal have gotten fairly stupid. This one was for a credit union we use. Just awful. Trying to make a payment, hit the button, NOTHING. Again and again.

One of my point & click plot ideas is about the staff of a company who unwittingly get involved in a violent mob conflict.

I tried making a storyboard for a possible opening, to get a better idea of the characters. Guess it turned into more of a comic, after all.

It's a single, very tall image. Let's see if this'll work..? Please tell me if you have trouble viewing it, then I'll chop it up and repost it as several smaller pages.

Okay, all you open source evangelist people: your knee-jerk reaction to come at people who are talking about a problem with whatever commercial software they use and suggest Your Favorite Alternatives™ is exactly like saying "why don't you just buy a house?" to someone complaining about their landlord.

They want us to love them (can you imagine loving a company), they do all this happy branding bullshit (the feel-good lingo-laced meetings we've all been a part of) but all they do is bleed us dry, they make obscene profits and we struggle (and are often forced to use) their garbage software

I'm very stressed about my hearing which is affecting my head.

Bloody hearing. Last week my right ear was a bit muffled and I blamed it first on my hearing aid and then on my hearing. It eventually fixed itself after going to the gig.

Then today I get muffling in my left ear. So I think it must be the hearing aids! How can it possibly be anything else? I get very stressed about it and a bit down.

Now it seems to be fixing itself again. I guess I'll wake up tomorrrow and it might be all ok again. But I'm left feeling a bit ill by it all.
