More starts going and more potting ups. My peppers haven't even germed, so I'm gonna have to buy some more than I planned. 21ish more days till planting. (lemmy.world)
What’s your guys thoughts on a cold frame? I think it could be worth the investment, just for hardening off, but can they take some snow weight?

Deconstruction crew disassembling abandoned McMansions so the material can be reused - Postcard from a Solarpunk Future (pixelfed.social)
Houses require maintenance. How much and how often depends on the design and its surroundings. They also require occupants - in my brief experience at least, they degrade much faster when they’re left cold and empty than when someone lives there, even if that someone doesn’t fix things. Weather, encroaching water, mold, ice,...

What's growing on, Beehaw?
Potting continues here; there are almost eighty elderberries hanging out in our front yard right now in addition to the others (happy to share what the others are if anyone is actually curious). Overnight temperatures are still a little low for some of the transplants potted up this past week and I am running out of shelf space...

Aero tomatoes are flowering nicely. Gonna have some reservoir issues with the ageing lid. Can't do much until these have run their course though. (lemmy.world)
I’m wanting to make a new lid for next time using smaller net pots. These larger ones have been punching through the lid during growth.
