The #Yukon #SupremeCourt has given the go-ahead for #ClassAction in a #lawsuit involving alleged excessive #disciplinary methods at #JackHullandElementarySchool in #Whitehorse .
The lawsuit stems from allegations that staff at Jack Hulland had routinely & unnecessarily used restraint techniques & isolation to deal with behavioural issues at the school. Those included the use of purpose-built enclosures to hold #children in involuntary seclusion.
