@thejapantimes getting ridiculous. i know the pro-nuclear dunces will be out in full force to victim blame once again the next time a fukushima happens, but it’s clear this stuff just isn’t stable or safe enough for a 21st century that will be defined by increasingly commonplace natural disasters. yes, we actually will need to get used to having less energy and a lower quality of life until safer and cleaner alternatives become feasible at scale – that is plain as day by now
