@pavot It's one of the goal of #Libervia (I'm the main dev). It works on desktop (natively), on the web, and there is an Android port but it's not yet usable. Windows and Mac OS version are planned, and iOS would be doable, however I'm not sure about the possibility to publish AGPL on Apple Store. It also has a TUI and a CLI frontends.
@pavot I don't see this being a huge drawback at all. Rather, I find it better that larger projects like Dino, Gajim or Conversations can focus more on the experience they offer on one single platfom than adopting features across the platforms or adding feature x on a platform and then porting it to platforms b, c, d etc. - when this happens (and it does happen as well, even on proprietary names) you end up with 2 different clients with 2 different feature sets anyway.
I personally never even use the same browser across platforms (i.e. I use a different browser on my phone and on my PC). For me it's important to have the data portabilized across clients, so that if one goes away, I can use a different one straight away.
