Second full listen of new Ribspreader is even BETTER. Little cool things - wild riffs, grooves, interesting breakdowns- if you like death metal at all, you'll wanna give this a try.
So glad it came out in January so people can listen all year. I can see this being on a LOT of AOTY lists this year. It's ridiculously good.
@anji oh thanks for this! Will listen first thing tomorrow. I do love that tone too, and you're right - you nailed it. The album is wild genre wise because it has small elements of that bm tone but kinda brutal but also some serious grooves and almost hardcore breakdowns while remaining firmly death. It's wild 🤣
