@ramsey I had watched ep 13 a few weeks ago and it ended on a huge cliff hanger, and, being ep 13, I got excited because I thought that meant another season!
Then my son told me Friday that the finale had aired.
I watched the last two episodes yesterday, and damn... All I'll say is, from mid-season 2 to the finale was some of the best SW storytelling I think we've had.
@ramsey I finished watching the final couple of episodes in the season/series just now. Such a great story to add to the larger universe, and so well done overall.
I’m also enjoying the darker story telling lately and showing a lot more of the “on the ground” reality and internal workings of the empire that the movies couldn’t really dive in to.
@ryanboswell So much this. I’m only 6 episodes in. I had been putting it off, but my son was getting on my case about me needing to watch it, so he could talk to me about it. 😂

Andor is a great #StarWars series, it's been quite a surprise to me. Then I started watching The Mandalorian and after a couple of episosed I stopped, can't really say why, something important was missing (emotions and atmosphere), my time seems more valuable.
Never got into animated SW yet, somehow I think I would not take it seriously. Even after watching the trailer I'm not interested, although it looks cool. @Crell
@amarok@ramsey Clone Wars took a while to really get going, but it got really really good by the halfway point. Asoka has the best growth arc of any SW character, ever. And then the second half of season 7, which is concurrent with Revenge of the Sith, is the absolute gut punch that ROTS should have been.
Rebels is remarkably good, for a shoe listed a s a kids show. It's not. It's plenty detailed, harsh, character driven, characters die on screen, etc. Also, it has Thrawn. Definitely endorse.
