That’s the right penalty for an ex-president who has been mouthing off in the Stormy Daniels hush money case. He can’t easily be sent to prison without making him a martyr. But picking up beer cans is perfect.
I don’t understand this mincing around “don’t make him a martyr by punishing him” bullshit. Who’s side are you on here? Put Him In Fucking Prison Already.
He’ll just donate a shit ton of money to whatever charity he wants, and then write the donations off for his taxes, negating the cost they actually put on him. I’m pretty sure this is what some other rich banker guy did back in the day, made a series of some libraries or museums or some shit.
Edit: actually, he’s worse. He’ll donate them to a charity him or his friends own that isn’t a charity but a corrupt grift, instead. Fucking over everyone TWICE.
