Just FYI because I know you both like words!
My understanding is that ‘organ harvesting’ is now considered an offensive term. I’ve certainly been picked up on its use in the past as it demeans the (live or) brain dead person’s role to something akin to just agricultural production.
Most transplant authorities prefer organ ‘recovery’ or ‘procurement’.
Forced donation is still occasionally called ‘harvest’.
Regardless this is a real risk to health provision
