Yoldark, Yeah because it sucks to do one or two hours commute plus the loss of money for doing so just to please a manager and a director that needs to see me working to know that they do their job.

The survey equates the displeasure of shifting from a flexible work model to a traditional one to that of experiencing a 2 to 3% pay cut.
It's literally a pay cut. I've saved over $3k a year just on gas alone in my car.
