I've translated all of @mediawiki into Hebrew. Everything. More than 46,000 strings. Core platform, all the extensions, API help, Installer, EXIF tags, and the Param Validator library, whatever that is.
There are only two other languages that are usually at 100% translation or close to it: French and... #Interlingua.
