Today we ate at a restaurant and I took the opportunity to write a post about it...what I ate isn't that important, but I do share the most helpful tips I use to keep myself from straying way off the track. 2 - decide what you want before you get there
3 - order less than you want
4 - give yourself a LITTLE grace, within your own plan, if you can without doing damage.
