Obsydian, Trying to stop snacking at work. I had a small snack I brought to tide me over til dinner. I also got a good workout in this morning!
exohuman, I am trying to get back into a fasting routine. I skipped breakfast today which was great. I had a ham sandwich and some Pringles for lunch.
