Hello to my r/loseit refugees and others interested in achieving or maintaining healthy and sustainable weight-loss!

I'm M60 5'11'' (179cm) SW 298 lbs (135 kg) CW 171 lbs (78 kg) -- maintaining for 8 years now using calorie data + Walking/Hiking and (sometimes) weightlifting

@funchords Hello! I'm excited to engage with this community as well. Perhaps we could start a daily accountability thread like the old subreddit had?

Anyways, I'm in my mid-20s, a female, ~5'11" as well, and SW 230lbs (eek!) CW ~220lbs and my GW is 190lbs/180lbs but I'm going to focus with my body fat percentage above scale weight. I'm aiming for 20% - 23% body fat and I don't know where it will take me scale wise since I'm also quite active and doing strength training simultaneously.
