hmmk, it's about commandeering the nondiscrimination requirements for receiving federal dollars
first it tries to conflate "jewish" the religion with an "ethnicity" so can treat it as can't-discriminate-material
says "antisemitism is on the rise in schools" to hint where this is targetted
discrimination investigations will use the IHRA definition ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Working_definition_of_antisemitism i guess ) which includes expressing hatred "towards jewish community institutions and religious facilities", so more conflating religion and ethnicity

I have my excuses!
In order to denounce a citizenship, I must produce a document from the federal tax inspection that I don't have any unpaid taxes. But they aren't giving me one because I left so long ago that there were no computerized records back then, and my former local office misplaced my file in one of the moves.
Also I have to pay $2,500 fee, which is a small price to pay for freedom TBH
