To be clear this is a survey we took before and after the workshop. The first time we took it was actually during the first session so I was losing my shit trying to figure out how to fill it out in the allotted time and I have no idea what I wrote for anything. But I highly doubt that my survey results showed any kind of clear improvement between the first and second time taking it
