@jeffowski As someone who once made a lethal mistake, and 10 years on still falls apart at any responsibility with any kind of possible negative consequences to anyone, I find this line of thinking harmful.

@hurt138 -- You bump into a lady at a party and they fall into the pool. Her hair, makeup, purse, and cellphone, are all ruined.
You didn't intend to push this lady into the pool.
She's still embarrassed and going home early, she's got the hassle of drying out her phone and/or buying a new one (and it's only a hassle if she can afford the new phone).
The impact on this lady is real and the same regardless of your intention or not.
