Monday: 160 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of Yoga for runners, 21 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of core training, followed by 5.2 km of (-4°C with a windchill of -8°C), picked up groceries, and walked home.

Nice and cool run, at least. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

@sticklandtim Thanks. I'm close to my target time (200 seconds) that I did hit before I started the filmmaking adventure back in February, but I'm hoping to be able to keep it up. We'll see.

@recollir The core workout was hard and probably a bad idea to do before running. 🤣

I think I'm cutting my KMs down this week to give my knee a break, so I'll be adding some workouts to make up for it.

Why all the workouts seem to include squats and lunges though … 🤣
