WTL, Monday: 160 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of #AppleFitness Yoga for runners, 21 minutes of strength training, and 10 minutes of core training, followed by 5.2 km of #running (-4°C with a windchill of -8°C), picked up groceries, and walked home.
Nice and cool run, at least. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
