WTL, Wednesday:

11 minutes of yoga for runners
11 and 20 minutes of HIIT
20 minutes of strength training
6.2 km of #running (11°C, light rain, with 17km/hr wind)Accidentally picked a 10 minute HITT when I meant a 30 minute… so I did two, both of which were hard. 🤣
My running heart rate is up (~146 this run vs ~125-130). I think it’s the workouts beforehand and not completely recovering before the run.
Light rain was nice. I don't mind getting wet. It's like free cooling.
