ErisCaffee, 25 days ago @Frances_Larina @cindyyusa Considering that there were attempts last year to ban drag shows and to pass a don't say gay law, yes, I'd say this is part of an overall strategy of attacking lgbt people. It just so happens that transgender people are the primary focus.
