How do I force myself to do leg day? The thought of doing it depresses me and makes me want to give up working out entirely. I don’t enjoy any aspect of it and skip a lot. I want to like it. I want nice legs. Back when I was forcing myself to do it, it made me dread the workout beforehand, made me feel like I was dying during it, and would take me so long to recover between sets to do the next one that it just took way too much time, depressing me even further?
