For those who are in the #SFBA near to Santa Rosa.

Tai Chi has returned to SRJC and shifu Justin Eggert is teaching again! This is an amazing opportunity to study Yang Tai Chi 2 times a week with a master level teacher at an amazing value(less than $3 per class!). You have 3 more days to add the class so act fast!

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-3:00pm

The current state of SRJC enrollment is not looking good for the Arts and Physical education. Despite this great value and lots of people that would love this opportunity, many have not heard about it and the class needs more students or else it will be cut by the end of this week!

SRJC Tai Chi program and Justin needs your help to support it and keep these arts in the Community Colleges. This week is the cut off time so you must get enrolled at SRJC and sign up for the class before Friday 1/19/2024!

/r/weightroom has gone dark, hopefully this can serve as a suitable alternative

This is a magazine for general weight training discussion, focused on intermediate level and above in experience and strength, for those ranging from strength sport competitors, sports that benefit from weight training, or weight training enthusiasts.

Things m/weightroom is:

A place to ask intelligent questions after you have been unable to find the answers on your own.

A place to post interesting content about lifting strategies, training theory, and information that can better lifters as a whole.

A gathering place for any and all iron pumpers, no matter your specialization.

A place where mods WILL delete any post we feel is not a good fit, regardless of any sidebar or FAQ statements. A post doesn't have to violate a rule to suck, sometimes people get creative.

What m/weightroom isn't:

This is not a place for questions that can be answered via a quick google search.

This is not a place for memes or rage comics or things that provide no value.

This is not a place for you to post "NSVs", "I just did x!" threads, or any threads where the only discussion to be had is congratulating the OP. There are lots of places to post those kinds of threads. This isn't one of them.

This is not a place for repetitive questions and critiques of routines that have been posted 100 other times. You are more than welcome to design your own program, just don't expect to get feed back on it from here unless it's interesting and serves a unique purpose.
