The youtube algorithm knows that the people who watch that garbage watch it often and for long periods of time, making those kinds of videos a top suggestion. Pretty sad and scary to think of so many people spending all their free time watching and rotting away inside, just soaking it all up to take it with them the next time they interact with real people.
