It's hard to fathom, but this isn't just any encounter. This MP singled out individuals, showering them with "Shame on you" accusations. And there's more; behind this MP, his secretary Jeanette Arsenault can be heard telling a person of color, "If you don't like Canada, go back to your home" – a disheartening sentiment that echoes xenophobic undertones. This is #Canada, where every voice has the right to be heard, not silenced and intimidated. It gets worse. Imagine, an MP allegedly doxxing a person of color – spreading dangerous misinformation, putting their safety at risk. That's not accountability; that's harassment. Now, take a moment. Imagine a Palestinian Muslim, a person who's already suffered unimaginable loss, with 55 family members killed in the ongoing war in Gaza, including 10 close cousins. That individual also faced this MP's baseless shaming and doxxing. This is about human respect, which seems to be forgotten here. This is unacceptable. The leader in question must be held answerable for these racist and irresponsible acts. These actions aren't just about the individual they target but about the larger picture they paint; they contribute to misleading narratives about the Palestinian community and their supporters in Canada.
