It’s unbelievable that someone says this AND it is found to far exceed the speech and debate clause AND is held to account.

But then, most authoritarian leaders are initially I stalled under cheers of their own population. And mostly people know what they are voting for. The MAGA crowd seems to just be more open about it.

Just recently Indonesia voted for a guy who literally murdered his fellow countrymen as head of a special forces unit. But the youth think his TikTok dance is Soo cute, so they vote for the sweet grandpa with the cute dance. I hope they will be alright.

So, they roll up all the pawns, lock them into a story, test your trial strategy, get them convicted.

Once done, use the lineup to charge other not yet charged co-conspirators.

With a proven fact as a matter of law (that there was election interference) due to the past trials…

So then prosecution only has to prove if the defendents indeed where co-conspirators.

When taking on a company like Boeing, a company that had no qualms building and delivering defective planes, lying to regulatory bodies, concealing the truth all for shareholder gains. Everyone understands that suiciding a whistleblower is just another cost of doing business.

Most likely all connections are run through the gateway of the company allowing them to apply security to all web traffic on their clients.

It might hinder you but there is plenty of method to this madness.

But if you are legally not even old enough to agree to a contract for your mobile phone, how can you be old and wise enough to join a terrorist organisation at the same time?

Look what this person did is stupid beyond any comprehension, but I cannot get over the fact that they where 15 years old.

Lured by some bullshit story and promises of eternal Bliss in the caliphate, only to end up in a hellscape of rape, torture, mysogeny, slavery and war.

I cannot feel that this is too harsh of a punishment for a stupid teenager that fucked up tremendously.

And in Florida he will get his venue for sure. The judge is a trump appointee who apparently wants to give him his platform.

I’m very interested in the underlaying legal arguments they will make, but the … it’s all connected, and what about Joe… this is about not complying with a a repeated legal request/order to return document and then lying about it. Again it will be the cover up that will land someone in hot water, not the crime itself.

He best not hope that SCOTUS rules a president has absolute immunity from prosecution before he is president, else POTUS only has one option given how much vengeance trump preaches.

He was just found to be lying though his teeth about his financial situation and the value of the things he uses as colatteral.

Even if some bank where to decide to loan him money, the shareholders of the bank might sue the bank. I can only imagine trump is radioactive for loans.

So his only chance would be from personal loans. And how do we feel about a president with massive personal loans to unnamed billionaires.

Lower sales > Lower profits > cuts across the board (except c level) > lower quality > lower sales … aka the death spiral… hope they can halt the decline but their unique position as the only real electric car brand ended 5 years ago… with their prices they compete with Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and the other premium brands.

Edit: my point was indeed that their competition has better quality so the competition does not really work.

The only time the mutual defence treaty was triggered is because the US was attacked and all countries in NATO stepped up to the plate.

Also EA has to understand more and more people have experienced their garbage launches and will skip their gold plated launch prices because of the risk you end up buying a lemon that is subsequently abandoned.

Making sure the gameplay loop is interesting and the game performs properly is important. Focussing on all the latest engine features that requires people to have top tier hardware is only good for marketing. Marketing then eats up a tremendous amount of budget without adding anything to the offer they make.

Jup, even new iterations of their older IP seem to be devolving instead of taking that which was fun and expanding on it.

Maybe they should use all these behaviour experts to investigate why people keep playing games instead of figuring out how to maximally predate on your customer base.

Ubi does the same. I found the last farcy so Uninteresting that I stopped playing somewhere mid game. And the first signals from their pirate game are also not encouraging, while I know many people that looked forward to it.

Also game Devs that have discord for their community and then there are channels for bug reports and channels for suggestions and feedback.

You see, that’s the fun thing about a Political Action Committee.

They are not directly working with the candidate, they are wholly independent. Meaning the candidate is not taking any money, regardless of the source.

And since companies are people, and money is speech, the PAC can get money from where they please, and do with it what they want.

They only need to make sure no evidence of direct cooperation between the PAC and the candidate can be found.

Although direct cooperation is not really needed, running ads for a candidate and trashing the other can be done perfectly fine completely independent. Plus it gives a candidate deniability.

En wat ik wel hoop is dat, omdat er echt wel veel kaders al liggen er een hoop gepolderd moet worden met echte oplossingen. Iets roepen voor de bühne is een ding… maar nu moeten ze het laten zien.

Just know that all the people rabidly against your best interests are all die hard republican voters that will turn out in droves.

And the children of Gaza will continue to suffer, but the MAGAts will Stack all brown children at the border on that mountain of suffering.

So you are clearly showing you are willing to make more people suffer for your convictions… fight the power… rage against the machine!

Obviously the east of Germany is never going to prosper, there is no incentive for companies to go and open their doors in east Germany as they can then just move east a few more kilometer and get workers for 1/3 of the cost.

No, AM radio is part of the infrastructure governments can reliably use to inform citizens of danger etc. so it should not easily be removed. And if it’s so cheap it can easily be included.
