If so, I bloody loved it. When I saw it was written off the back of his grief I was hesitant as someone grieving myself. However, it was actually helpful for processing that too!

@followingfloss maybe I should start with the basic blanket until I learn the stitches and become more confident.

I have considered groups but I feel quite uncomfy with the mainly women only groups, I just don’t feel like I belong, so I’ve avoided them so far

I have thought a lot about this over the last six months. In the summer I was fairly certainly that it was time to pause this project but then things shifted again for me in September and I changed my mind. However as the autumn turned to winter and I looked ahead into 2024 I realised that for now I needed to make some changes.

I'm feeling annoyed & I don't know why, so instead of moaning about that I'm going to tell you about Vera. I'm terrible with plants. They always die despite my best efforts, even the easy ones people say anyone can look after. It probably didn't help that my old flat was cold, dark and damp. Despite the odds though Vera is almost three! We got her for Xmas 2020 & she was weeny but now she's big & still alive! I retrieved her today from my old flat & felt awful at forgetting her! 😭
