@SJohnRoss I've had far too little of that sort of thing in my games, mainly because I've generally played in fairly short adventures or else rather driven games like "Masks of Nyarlathotep".

@RogerBW Very often there are alternatives, though, as with D7 and the "Hawaiian" D7, particularly if you can manage barre chords.
