It’s worse than gambling. At least when you gamble you have a (meager) chance to make some money back. Political donations are black holes and DJT’s has radioactive, acidic sewage at the bottom.
Well I mean if I gotta see some character’s ass running around for dozens or even hundreds of hours, it might as well be ass I enjoy seeing. Same with the face and voice in various circumstances. Especially if she can pick the nose of a Super Mutant with a railgun at maximum range.
Yes he can run, but if he can’t get it overturned on appeal I’m time then he won’t be able to vote in the election he’s running in.
The founding fathers didn’t idiot-proof the Constitution enough, and trying to amend it is a complicated nightmare that could open it up to all kinds of insanity in the modern political ecosystem.
They’re already trying to outlaw miscarriages, and effectively have outlawed it in at least one place because of the overlap in how similarly the procedures technically work.
They’re not pro life. They’re not even pro birth. They’re pro control over women. They’re still salty that women can vote.
Remember that the far right philosophy is “I get to tell you what to do but you don’t get to tell me what to do.” Reality has no bearing on their thought process.
They REALLY missed the boat on this one. Maybe if it was 8 years ago. Nobody’s gonna care now. Minecraft is old and leans too hard on bedrock, nevermind that it was PC early adopters that made it what it is. This is the problem with success; it makes good indie stuff with potential into sold-out corporate trash. Happens all the time and Minecraft is no different. Eventually it’ll get sold off to some holding company in Romania or something and be deleted from the Internet.

What are the odds we’ll get this in America in the next 20 years? Or that insurance will cover it? I mean we live in for-profit medical hell. They actually have weight loss drugs that like 7/10ths of Americans need, but a month’s worth cost over $1,000 out of pocket. Insulin is already stupidly overpriced and there’s no financial incentive to cure it, so why would they? The insurance and pharma companies aren’t in the business of helping people. If they were there be non-proffits (for a start). Instead they get as much federal subsidy money as possible and then still charge $1,000 a month that insurance might cover if you’re lucky or rich enough to even have any that’s worth a damn.
So yeah, cool story, but here in America this won’t make any difference. Maybe in 50 years it’ll be affordable, we’ll see.
