I ordered a pair of glasses that weren't as good as I had hoped in everyday use. I'm curious to see how good Mister Spex's returns processing really is.

According to the support team, this shouldn't be a problem, but I still have my doubts about the cost of the glasses, even though the full purchase price is mentioned everywhere. But the full purchase price of the glasses. And whether the prescription lenses are included is certainly a matter of interpretation. 🤔

What I have definitely noticed again: Glasses with nose pads are not for me. Even if they tend to fit better/more securely.

I'll just try contact lenses again before I start looking for glasses again.

But it's annoying that with contact lenses you only really know after a few days whether you can cope with them. The first few days are always a bit uncomfortable.

I used to only wear contact lenses and I honestly have no idea why I stopped wearing them. 😅 I think (and hope) it was for fashion reasons, as I actually find glasses quite nice on me, but unfortunately they're brutally annoying. Especially with a toddler.

I'm so tired. But at least I had some time to code again.

Was a bit weird. My child kept me awake and my head was too upset to sleep again. Thought about playing or watching something and my brain just said: »Nope, you're too tired. But how about #Coding?«

Well and then I coded for about an hour and could fall asleep after it. 😅

Why is my brain able to produce good code but not to play games, as it's apparently "too much" for my tired brain? 😅

Aber hey immerhin schaffe ich es endlich mal nach und nach Dinge dort reinzustellen, damit das Technik-Lager hier leerer wird. Hab so viel Stuff hier, den ich eigentlich nicht mehr brauche, dass ich vermutlich einen kompletten Schrank frei kriegen würde, wenn ich ich das alles verkauft habe.

Kennt ihr dieses Gefühl, nachdem ihr einige Zeit mit kranken Menschen zuhause verbracht habt, wenn einzelne Bereiche des Körpers nach und nach unangenehm werden und man weiß, bald verliert das Immunsystem den stillen Kampf?

Ich habe das Gefühl mehr als 1-2 Tage klappt das nicht mehr, sodass ich dann pünktlich zum Wochenende krank werde. Also wie immer möglichst Arbeitsgeberfreundlich und so, dass man nicht zur Ruhe kommen kann.

Drückt mir die Daumen, dass mein Körper den Kampf nochmal rumreißen kann und es schafft all das zu überwinden, ohne dass ich mich so fühle, wie meine Frau seit 1½ Wochen. 😬
