I haven't been formally diagnosed with anything, nor do I feel as though I would be benefit from being diagnosed at this point, but there's enough behaviors and ways I understand things that are far enough removed from societal norms that I wouldn't be surprised if I fall under one of those categories. Caring for a Lian is a big responsibility. You have to maintain a safe and comfy environment for her, make sure she is well fed with taiyaki, upkeep a stable internet connection, keep her from getting touch-starved, and provide adequate creative tools.

I'm not personally well versed in programming, haven't really spent any time studying it. Despite that I can still parse how things work when I have it explained to me.

I feel the need to say this because a couple folks cite me as an inspiration to start drawing and I just heard a way of phrasing it that helped me articulate it:

"Draw every day" is bad art advice.

It's bad because it's incomplete. It's possible to draw on a consistent schedule that is not daily and improve far faster than someone who is drawing every day. The thing that's missing is the need to put together a study plan to consciously and intentionally address the areas and concepts in which you are wanting to improve.

also had someone talking about Terraria's gender change potion a little bit ago (would have quoted but it was a follows only post).

The thing that got me personally was the one time I played through Fable 3 and found the gender swap potion there at the end. Bear in mind this was the one where there was only one in the game and the change was permanent since it immediately saved your game as a result of using it. I spent more time staring at that potion and agonizing over the decision than I care to admit ​:puniko_laugh2:​
