What are some minimalist projects in the crypto space for digital cash alternatives?

Up to now I’ve made an effort to use cash to not broadcast my every movement to my bank. But as I see cash being phased out around my area I become more motivated to make an effort to contribute to the adoption of crypto, because that’s a potential solution....

If you want widley available, it’s Bitcoin or Ethereum.

May want to check out nano or Dash and if you have other crypto, use an exchange to getfrom your crypto, to one of those.

Plex hands down. There are ways to set it up that if they search for something, it’ll auto down it to the server and add it for them to watch with a few third party apps.

I will say, lightbeam, at some point, will more or less not work. Especially if you did probably over 200 websites and let it connect everything together. But it is a more pretty and easier way to understand tool.

Getting Over a Breakup

It’s a lot like a funeral really. You will want to shoot them a text, or tag them on social media, and you can’t or just get sad when you do. And if it’s someone you really, truly cared for, it will take a long while. And that’s okay. I seriously lost who I thought was the one I was supposed to be with, did a couple short realtionships and some one night stands (all optional) and then met my wife three years after that big break up. No one ever really gave me advice, but your friends can help and also just do stuff. Get out of the house, go watch movies, or anything really. Things that help pass time, will help, or at least it did me.

Two things both different levels of scary but also may be nothing. One it might be a draft behind your wall there if they also just stare at the wall for long periods of time. Two it may be a nervous system problem. Again not trying to worry you, just wanted to make sure you knew!

It’s because there are, like many things, 80% of us who get what the intentions were, while there is 20 percent who abuse it or mishandle it. It’s not the a majority are asses though, just the crazies get more airtime, and then it becomes an echo chamber.

I get why all the sites are getting shittier (interest rates etc etc) -- but why are they all getting shittier in the same shitty dumb way?

it’s never just ads or subscriptions, it’s a shitty integrated fucking garbage algoritm driven with content you don’t want to see shown to you, the interface is ALWAYS shittier and worse, no explanation, just that it looks ‘modern’...

A lot of websites use the same type of place like squarespace or WordPress. nd they use the same (or very very similar) layouts, colors, plugins and everything, for typically inexpensive prices. So you get a lot of same looking websites with similar ad placements, with similar ads and same articles. I mean there is an ongoing lawsuit with a “media company” that has like 200 websites that shovel out qanon lite news articles, that seem reputible because they’re named like “The Akron gazette” and “The Tampa articles” sound good, are bad. It’s just shitty people exploiting things, and we the average user suffer, while the below average suffer suffers more because they use all those ass sites, telling others, that it is the way.
