Entsteht der nicht meist wenn jemand eine diät macht statt seine ernährung im gesamten umzustellen? Jemand der dauerhaft eine gesunde (ungefähr richtige kalorienmenge) ernährung pflegt, der kann keinen jojo effekt erleiden.
Einen hund setzt man auch nicht auf eine hungerdiät wenn man ihn abnehmen lässt sondern man füttert die ganz normale richtige ration und über die zeit nimmt er ab.

The app doesn’t work without play store. Too bad the guy who wrote it didn’t take that into account.
I used another phone. Looks like 200 is at the upper end of the recommendation. Meaning, tdee isn’t really too far off.
