I know there are programs around (Libation etc) that let me download my Audible library. Is there a FOSS program that lets me down load my Chirp library?

We wired a 50 amp 220 volt circuit for some heat pumps. he brought the wires into the panel, hooked them to ground and the breaker and left the white wire capped with a wire nut. He told me it will work fine and forget...
When the garge door is closed it recently developed a kink as show. Is this a simple fix such as adjusting the brackets, or is it possibly something more structural to the door? Other side has no problems, if you aren’t sure thanks for looking anyway!
