If you are on and you post PUBLICLY you are basically SHOUTING your message across the internet..

If you don't want the NSA or any other data scraper to get your posts DO NOT post public! :blob_derpy:

It doesn't go both ways...

There are dozens of other post options that do not push your posts over the web with ActivityPub to thens of thousands of servers

@stux Thanks for mentioning the post options. Up until this point I hadn't seen the need to explore that, but it was quite easy to find and use.
