I just wanted to write a nice short article about the effort to reduce the information in user-agent strings. Started writing and suddenly I'm 3000 words in. I guess this is going to be a three parter. 😅

This is starting to spiral out of control.

I have completely rewritten the article to be more compact and to the point. I'm now 4000 words in, still need to write the last chapter and I guess it is going to be a five-parter.

I'm too busy.

Yesterday I started writing a new article for my blog. First one in a long while. About a fifty words in, I noticed that my blog has been offline for the last 3 months.

So spend the whole eventing to get it back online instead of actually writing. At least it's back online again.

No eta on the new article though...

Booked my flight to SF for Google I/O next month. When I was there last September I already had a feeling I would come back one day. Just didn’t think it would be this quickly. 😳

Sad to miss @btconf in Dusseldorf this year. But luckily there is always Berlin in November. 🎉

One of my favorite events every year is @btconf in Düsseldorf.

I always try to attend but due to a busy schedule I never know I can make it so I always buy my ticket last minute. Last year it was sold out, but @marcthiele graciously found me a ticket.

This year I decided to get my ticket months in advance. Blocked the dates in my calendar. Nothing was going to stop me…

Heading back home after a fantastic .

Didn’t get to see as much of Venice as I wanted as my flight got cancelled and I am rebooked on a earlier flight. But what I did see was simply amazing. I’ll be back!
