My Apple Photos library takes up half the internal SSD in the Mini, so I would like to move it to my fancy new external SSD. This should be straightforward, but why do I feel like it's going to ruin my day.

I've replaced the big, aging Synology with a $100 Mac Mini (2014). So far it's great. Running Plex, Roon Core, Syncthing, and Tailscale so far. I understand the software and it will be inexpensive to replace if needed. External drive for storage and Backblaze for offsite backups. It's a much calmer solution for me because I don't fear something breaking and having no clue how to fix it.

I think I need to find a feed aggregator so I can consolidate all my stuff under one feed. As much as I'd like to, there's just no way I'm going to be able to stick with a single platform/website. I get restless, but readers shouldn't always have to suffer for it.

Found this 30GB 5th Generation iPod (2005) in a drawer. The screen is failing but it otherwise works fine. Goes great with my ginormous headphones.

Someone asked me what year my Beetle was and I'm not sure. I remember it had the smaller tail lights from up to 1967 but larger front turn signals from 70 forward. Probably 70 or 71 with the tailights swapped because they looked cooler. Speaking of looking cool, check me out. 🙄.

I've been using Hugo for years. I still cannot get my head around the templating system/language. I hate it almost enough to roll everything back to Kirby. Or, I could just let it be and stop thinking about more tweaks.
