Sometimes I think that one of the worst parts of the climate crisis is that most people are born at the wrong time.

The older generations may have seen the world change, but they also grew up knowing on some level that the world is infinite, and so are its resources.

The younger generations haven't seen climate change with their own eyes; their belief in the evidence is theoretical.

Meanwhile, at middle age one is busy just keeping things from collapsing.

It's not happening at human scale.
