it sucks that there's no perfect fedi software for me, i like using tusky on android so i have to deal with mastoapi. for snyac it's really barebones and i cant even view profiles or look up posts.. for akkoma the app crashes when i go to the notifications tab ... which happens a lot due to habit lol

i wannya report that bug but i dont know how to use logcat and allat lol

there is absolutely nothing wrong with polls on tusky. nothing at all

a poll with two options, the first option has 0% votes and the second has 2147483647% votes

(for arch specifically but also good to know for other distros ig) is it better to migrate an existing linux install to a new computer or just reinstall

i forget akkoma just links to the original instances media instead of downloading it and was shocked to see 80mb of media to transfer

@blueb genuinely it took me about half a year or so to fix a config issue, i used a stupid workaround because the hosting provider i use (which is pretty much just a seedbox but i use it to host a lot of other stuff for rly cheap) uses nginx really weirdly. i finyally just asked the owner and he told me roughly how to fix it and i figured it out after some tinkering x3

never use nginx twice.

its been doing this for me for a while, i think they might be doing it for some apps on phones with sideloaded apps .. i dunno. switched to using aurora stora and it's all good now /shrug

it sucks that there are no good musicbee-like music library players on linux that dont require heavy configuration to look half decent.. i wannya use last.fm again but for that i would need to use something that supports scrobbling and mpv definitely does not
