More fun with new home ownership- we seem to have sprung a pin hole leak in a pipe in the crawl space. I'm waiting on a guy from the water company to come and show me where the shutoff valve is.

@samhainnight most home insurance would cover plumbing issues (unless it’s negligence which it doesn’t sound like this is) Also if you just bought the home it might be covered under your home warranty (if the seller or your realtor provided one)

Since I no longer have a Twitter, I suppose Last.fm is my longest running active online account. When I joined in 2008 I never dreamed I would break 100K scrobbles, now I’m at 167K (most of which occurred in the last two years) Long live Last.fm
