The notable part is the mentioning of the token’s mana cost on the card, hinting that mechanic from Bloomburrow could care about tokens’ mana costs.

I doubt that. The mana cost is mentioned in reminder text, so that characteristic wasn’t specifically created on the token. To me, it looks more like a token that’s a copy of a real 2W creature. Compare embalm, which had to specifically exclude mana costs from the created token. I bet this reminder text is to help with cards like [[March of Otherworldly Light]].
