It looks like all of the included SDKs are on their "final" builds, and it's interesting to note that the iOS SDK went back two builds (21E212 -> 21E210). 🤷‍♂️

For anyone keeping score, this is the sixth "RC 2" build (counting previous nomenclature of "GM Seed”) in known Xcode history. Only one Xcode release (Xcode 4.5) had more builds after this (it went up to RC/GM Seed 4 before releasing).

This likely means that the next release of Xcode 15.3 will be the "release" version, and there's a good chance it will be identical to RC 2, and it will probably be within the next week.
