Unlike Reddit, you can see who "reduces" (downvotes) comments and threads. In a comment click on more -> activity -> reduces. Yes, it is all the same person.
This is probably old news to most people but I'm posting here in case it helps anyone else! Turns out there's a power management setting you can disable that really improved the wireless reliability for me....

Funny I did the opposite this year. Got fed up with iPhone and moved to Pixel. I knew things were more open and tweakable with Android but it has surpassed my expectations so far.
I wanted to get a pulse check on how new members are finding the general experience/website. Is it more confusing than Reddit or are you finding the instance system a better way of doing things as it can give you more freedom of where you choose to create an account?...
Its a double edged sword. The fact that it is going to take an above-average user to get started on kbin helps weed out some of the morons that just overwhelmed the Reddit population. However that means it's going to make it much more difficult for niche communities to gain traction. Sure I don't have some dipshit doubling down on their argument that turn signals should be optional, but I don't think there's ever going to be a sizeable community for my specific spinal injury like there was on Reddit.
