I've been called "a giant faggot" but I'm medium at most. ♥️

You’re right. It does lower their percentage.

You’re still laboring on the notion that you’re one of their in-group. This is not true of everyone.

Which, i guess, means you’re perfectly happy saying “they’re a great doctor, as long as you’re [not something they don’t like.]”

SoylentBlake,

The main one for me was that NORAD, for the first time ever, was “stress testing” their system and running every flight sim they had, so when things went down, they had no idea what was real and what wasn’t.

The order to do so, for the first time, unprovoked, unnecessarily and unneededly came from Dick Cheney himself, who didn’t even have the authority to order the Pentagon to do ANYTHING but his orders were followed regardless.

That’s a pretty big discrepancy. It’s really hard for me to rule that one out

Building 7 is a big leap of faith to hurdle.

The twin towers themselves collapsing in a controlled manner, that doesn’t happen without blowing individual floors. Buildings in war zones don’t fall down vertically, they’ll partially collapse or fall over, not straight down - that ONLY happens with controlled demolition.

That’s a big leap of faith.

Like almost everyone else, I was glued to the TV all day on 9/11. I remember when the Pentagon footage was aired on TV. It was played ONCE. That was a missile. It was clear as day. Beyond that, if it was an airplane, where’s the fucking wreckage? Cuz that would be the first plane crash in all of history that left zero wreckage.

That’s a big leap of faith.

It requires to many leaps of faith to believe the given story. Idk the whole of what happened, but I know we weren’t told it.

The Patriot Act was introduced 5 weeks after the attack. 342 pages, no contradictions in the whole thing. Introduced, passed, and signed into law in 4 days. 5 weeks isn’t enough time to read 350 pages of legalese, let alone write it. It was ready to go

Add to all the sus, America’s government post WW2, at least, has not warranted any trust from the public. The CIA has done a LOT of fucked up, illegal shit to us. The Bay of Tomkin was a false flag fucking lie to the people. The incessant lie of Neoliberalism telling us that GDP is up! But everyone’s quality of life is being striped away faster than our rights. Citizens United is bullshit, 2000 election was bullshit, Iraq and Afghanistan were both bullshit, qualified immunity and civil asset forfeiture are fucking repressive FASCIST bullshit and yea, you know, I don’t think the people calling the shots have our best interests in mind, how could you?

gmtom,

Yeah metaverse and crypto are such innovate projects that will really change the world and not just more the same bullshit cash grabs.

Really undermining your own argument.

JaymesRS,

I mean, think of the chaotic implications of letting states determine who is eligible to be on their ballots by following a federal standard laid out in the constitution.

Dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

SinningStromgald,

Look! A nice list of 60 insurrectionist for the DOJ and FBI to investigate!

sin_free_for_00_days,

I used to think there was The Constitution, aka the law of the land. And Congress made laws and controlled the purse strings within those Constitutional limits. While the Courts were there to make sure things were staying Constitutional. Having trump even run shows as clear as day that The Constitution does not matter anymore. And honestly, love it or hate it, it makes the future a tad more frightening.

YtA4QCam2A9j7EfTgHrH,

The truly frustrating thing about all of this is that the courts composition can be changed by acts of congress. The republicans pulled some massive bullshit to get this court. Biden could run with the campaign promise to unfuck the Supreme Court. This would be massively popular. Just add justices to rebalance the court. It can be done.

Fucking ridiculous. The kid didn’t speak English. He didn’t even speak Spanish. He was an Indigenous Mayan from Guatemala that only spoke a Mayan dialect. And this asshole cop decides to start searching him even though this poor teenager had no idea what was going on because of a lack of communication. The kid resists, the cop and two other cops knock him down, put him in a choke hold and taser him six times, then cuff him and put him in a squad car. At that point, the cop has a heart attack and keels over. Not during the struggle, but after the kid was choked, tasered, cuffed and put in a car. And yet the kid is facing murder charges.

If we are going to stop this for anyone under 18, why not apply it for anyone over 18? It’s harmful across the board, and that’s something we need to take into consideration in terms of the endgame."

Wow.

Representative Click then responded, "That’s a very smart thought there. I think what we know legislatively is we have to take small bites.”

This is why they call everything a slippery slope. Projection.

BadEngineering,

It just goes to show that "saving the children" has always been a stepping stone to a total ban. Just as attacking attacking the trans community is a stepping stone to attacking the entire lgbt community. These bastards will never stop till there are only straight white Christians left, and then I'm sure they'll start going after anyone "not christian, or not white" enough. Fascism never stops its march to trample the other, because without someone to persecute they have nothing. These attacks on lgbt people and other minorities will never end until we stamp out fascism like we did in 1945.

We allow children to do this in Australia.

The law in Australia considers that a child under the age of 18 years of age is capable of giving effective consent to a medical procedure or treatment if he or she fully comprehends the nature and consequences of the procedure proposed, irrespective of whether a parent consents.

Imagine letting some nutjob parent let you die because they refused a blood transfusion or something. Its their body, theres a lot wrong with your train of thought.

In conclusion, the gender reassignment process can commence at any stage so long as there is consent on the Gillick competence of the adolescent, a diagnosis of gender dysmorphia and a proposed treatment for this. However, without this consent and criteria being satisfied, Court intervention is necessary for treatment to commence in any capacity.

Did you even read that page?

I'm also quite uncomfortable when people try to fat-shame racists. Maybe just racist-shame them? They're white-supremicists. Literally nazis. That seems much more important.

In the US poverty and obesity are strongly correlated. The social, mental and physical stresses of poverty are also a contributing factor in the development of racist views. The fat shaming really feels to me like it overlaps quite strongly with elitest middle class poor-bashing.

Lowbird,

It seems a smidge absurd to me that some people apparently expect that death row convicts won’t fight it, I must admit. Of course he fought it. He was terrified.

A method doomed to be painful because the convict inevitably fights it is still painful, and it can’t be deemed “okay” by blaming the convict for it as if he had any choice in the matter when fight-or-flight kicked in. It’s yet another failure in a long string of similar execution failures.
