Looks like Asus just pushed out another AMD graphics driver hotfix for the ROG Ally a few hours ago, 31.0.14058.4001 after releasing 31.0.14058.3001 3 days ago. No idea yet what has changed and no update notes to go with it.
You can get it by running LiveUpdate from the Customer Support section of the MyAsus app and then rebooting.
Supposedly, Asus will be pushing out a new BIOS as well in the next few days, which will be nice as the latest available one had a 15-20% drop in performance that people aren't happy about.
My main use case for this is GamePass and just having a Windows native experience. I tried putting Windows on my Deck via SD card and that was horrible. I appreciate the power of this thing, but the battery is pretty much the biggest downside. If you're on the fence, I'd say definitely wait. Hopefully it gets a lot of updates and support like the Steam Deck has, so in a few months it'll be a more polished experience.
I've been messing around with mine I picked up from Best Buy this morning, and dang this thing is powerful! Absolutely drinks up battery life tho, but hopefully we end up finding ways to improve that.
